IS BIHAR MENTAINED A 'BALANCE OF JUSTICE' ON MR. LALU PRASAD YADAV ?

Sometimes I feel that the people of Bihar not mentained a balance of justice on Mr. Lalu Prasad Yadav, as because, in the election of 2009 Mr. Lalu & his party RJD got only four seats, whereas in previous elections they got more seats in comparison to 2009.

In the election of 2004,Mr. Lalu was sorounded by 'chara ghotala' ( the case lodged by CBI) but he was elevated by the people of Bihar and placed as a cabinet minister in the Ministry of Railway by UPA.

But in the election of 2009,when Mr. Lalu proved his ability and submit a dedicated, fair and pro-people services to the Nation, at his tenure as railway minister, he was downgraded by the people of Bihar and practically sacked from the UPA. These happened only due to his poor credit at the present Parliament.

A shaking and shocking matter for the people of India as well as Bihar.
